On June 3, 2023, French Quarter Magazine celebrated its 9th Anniversary and issue launch at the William Carr Gallery in, Summerlin. Beautiful ladies and well-dressed gentlemen mingled among Mr. Carr's stunning photographic art on display while live music and finger foods were shared. The Regeneration Enterprises "Love is Everywhere" survivor's paintings were also on display. Proceeds from this galant evening benefitted Regeneration Enterprises.
